Account Deletion
How to request deletion
To delete your Spense account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
What data gets deleted
- Your account information (email, display name)
- All linked bank accounts and Plaid connections
- Transaction history
- Budget categories and configurations
- App preferences and settings
What data may be retained
Subscription and payment records managed by Apple App Store or Google Play may be retained by those platforms according to their own data retention policies.
Timeframe
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
